- Bricks: Red Bricks work 9' inch thick Exterior walls & 4.6' inch thick inner walls.
- Cement: Dalmia & Ultratech or Equivalent.
- TMT Steel: ARS, Pulkit or Equivalent (Fe550D CRS)
- M Sand: All Masonry works.
- P Sand: Plastering works.
- Aggregates: 20mm and 40mm.
- Concrete Grade: As per the structural Design.
- Windows: Standard Sill level concrete & Lintel Level concrete.
- Ceiling Height: 10 Feet.
- Parapet Wall: 4.6' inch thick and 3 Feet Height.
- Joints: Internal, external and toilet walls - Column/Electrical/Plumping pipe line joints plastering with Fiber mesh band is used for avoid cracks.
- Lofts: One loft 2.0" wide would be provided at suitable place in each bedroom and kitchen. (As per the Client requirements).
- Open shelves: open shelves will be provided with Kadapa for bed rooms. (As per the client requirements).
- Wall & Floor Tiles: Ceramic tiles with 7 Feet height & value Up to Rs. 50 per square feet.
- Fittings & Accessories: Parryware, Somany or Jaguar with value of Rs.20,000.
- Plumbing pipes & Fittings: Inner CPVC & Outer PVC Pipes (Supreme, Finolex, Ashirvad).
- Overhead Tank: 1000 Litres with 3 Layer & UV protected.
- Bathroom Doors: PVC Doors Rs.3,000.
- Proper water proofing will be provided.
- Living, Dining, Bedroom & Kitchen: 4'X2' Vetrified Tiles Upto Rs.50/Sqft. Somany / Johnson or Equivalent.
- Balcony, Utility & Car Parking: Up to Rs.50/Sqft with Antiskid & Heavy Duty Tiles.
- Staircase: SS Railing & Granite Laying value of Rs.100/Sqft.
- Wall Tiles: Up Ceiling height to Rs. 50 per square feet.
- Sink faucet: Up to Rs. 2,500. (Parryware, Jaquar, Somany)
- Kitchen Sink: Stainless Steel sink worth Rs. 4,000.
- Kitchen Top: Granite Laying up to Rs.120.

- Main Door – No.1: Teak wood with Frame size 5 inch by 4 and Teak wood Door Value up to 45000.
- Internal Doors – No.2: Teak wood Frame 4 inch / 3 inch & Membrane / Flush doors with Laminates up to 10,000 including Fixtures.
- Windows: Teak Wood windows / UPVC Windows.
